Change Plates

Torque’s change plates are sold in 1.25lb, 2.5lb, 5lb and 10lb weight increments. Made from steel and coated in rubber, these plates are durable and will grip the barbell sleeve, whether locked in with a collar or placed outside for a quick change. Find new PRs or dial in technique with the addition of change plates to your stock.
