FocusMaster G-100 Single Station Training System

The Focusmaster G-1000 is constructed of commercial grade steel, with the mainframe standing 6-feet tall and 12-inches wide. Made especially for martial arts, boxing, fitness and law enforcement, the G-1000 comes with three targets, with other targets available (sold separately). The Focusmaster mounts to the wall and floor and is ideal for practicing a wide range of punches, strikes and kicks, with adjustable targets to vary training and make it more realistic.
