Users can also change hand positions throughout the movement, similar to a dumbbell. Set the gas-assisted adjustable seat high to pull more toward the abdomen and engage the lats and mid-back. And set a lower seat position to pull toward the chest and target the upper back. Or select a middle seat position for a balanced contraction.
